Managing your subscription in Zoho Recruit is an essential aspect of optimizing your recruitment and talent management processes. It allows you to tailor your plan to your organization's needs, ensuring that you have the right set of features, licenses, and add-ons. This guide will walk you through the steps required to make changes to your subscription, whether it's upgrading to unlock advanced functionalities or streamlining your account by reducing users and add-ons.


As an administrator or user with subscription management permissions, you have the flexibility to customise your Zoho Recruit experience to match your unique requirements. Our goal is to make this process as straightforward as possible, empowering you to take full control of your Zoho Recruit subscription.

How do I upgrade my account from the Free plan?

If you are currently using the free plan of Zoho Recruit, you can upgrade to a paid plan to get access to more features and benefits. Follow the steps below to upgrade your Zoho Recruit account from the free plan.
  1. Go to the Zoho Recruit website and sign in to your account.
  2. Click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Under Subscriptions, select Manage Subscription.
You can also upgrade your account from the Zoho Store.
  1. Go to the Zoho Store and sign in to your account and search for "Zoho Recruit".
  2. Click the Upgrade button next to the plan that you wish to purchase.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upgrade.
  4. Select a Payment Frequency (Yearly or Monthly).
  5. Specify the number of user licenses that you want to purchase.
  6. Select the Additional Storage, if required, from the drop-down list. You can also purchase the Add-ons that would suit your recruiting process accordingly.
  7. Review the purchase details and click Proceed.
  8. Under the Billing Details section, enter your payment details and click Proceed to Pay.
  9. On successful payment, your Zoho Recruit account will be upgraded to the selected plan.
Note:
  1. You can only upgrade your Zoho Recruit account if you are the administrator of the account.
  2. When you sign up, you will be given a 15-day trial of the Enterprise subscription plan. This means that you can use all of the features of the Enterprise plan for free for 15 days.
  3. After the trial period ends. You can upgrade to a paid plan.
  4. There are two paid plans: an annual plan and a monthly plan. The annual plan is cheaper in the long run, but you have to pay the full amount upfront. You can subscribe to the monthly plan and you can cancel it at any time.
  5. You can downgrade to the free plan. The free edition does not have all of the features of the Enterprise edition, but it is still a good option if you are on a budget.

How do I add/reduce users or add-ons?

Zoho Recruit users can log in to your account, access Recruit data, and use various functions according to the permissions configured by the administrator. You can purchase or cancel user licenses anytime you want in Zoho Recruit. See Also Managing Users

When you deactivate a user, the user license is not canceled. You will still be billed for the number of user licenses that you have bought. You need to cancel the user license if you do not want to use it.

To add or reduce users or add-ons:  

  1. Under the Manage Subscription section, click Upgrade Users/Add-ons or Downgrade Users/Add-ons, as required.
  2. Select the desired number of users or Add-Ons to be added or reduced.
  3. Click Proceed.
  4. Review the details and click Proceed to pay.
  5. On successful payment, the users or Add-Ons will be added or reduced as required.

How do I downgrade my account?  

You can downgrade your Zoho Recruit account to a lower plan at any time. The configurations of various features will be available for a period of 15 days after the downgrade.

During this period, you can upgrade again. After 15 days, the configurations will be deleted from your account, if the corresponding feature is not available in the selected plan.

To Downgrade from one paid plan to another:

  1. Go to the Profile.
  2. Under the Manage Subscription section, click Change Plan.
  3. Select the plan that you want to downgrade to.
  4. Click DowngradeReview the details and click Proceed.

To Downgrade to the Free plan:

  1. Go to the Profile.
  2. Under the Manage Subscription section, click Change Plan.
  3. Click Downgrade for the Free Plan. Review the details and click Proceed.

How do I Update Credit Card Details?

You can change your credit card details in your Zoho Recruit account by following the steps below:
  1. Go to the Profile and click Manage Subscription.
  2. In the Zoho Store, click Your Store Details.
  3. Under the Your Store Details section, choose Billing Details.
  4. Select Change and update your credit card credentials
  5. Click Update. Your credit card details will be updated successfully.

How do I View My Zoho Recruit Subscription History?

You can view all your previous transactions in your Zoho Recruit account. This includes the date, amount, and transaction ID for each transaction.

To view your subscription history:

  1. Go to the Profile and click Manage Subscription.
  2. In the Zoho Store, click Your Store Details.
  3. Under the Your Store Details section, choose Transaction History.
  4. Your account's payment history will be displayed.

Note:
You can also filter your payment history by date range or transaction type.
