How do I assign salary structures to my employees?

To assign common salary structures to your employees, you should first create a salary template.

  • Go to Settings > Salary Templates.
  • Click the Create New button.
  • Enter a Template Name and Description.
  • Enter the Annual CTC.
  • Add the necessary salary components from the left sidebar and enter the Monthly Amount for each component.
  • Click Save.

Now when you create a new employee, you can choose the salary template in the Salary Details step.
