Will I be able to retrieve deleted transactions in Zoho Books?

No, once you delete a transaction, you cannot retrieve it in Zoho Books. However, you can view the transaction’s details from the Activity Logs and Audit Trial report. You can create a new transaction based on the details of the deleted transaction.

To view a deleted transaction:

• Go to the Reports module on the left sidebar.
• Select Activity Logs and Audit Trial report under Activity.
• On the Activity Logs and Audit Trial page, click View Audit Trial next to the transaction that you deleted.

• On the page that follows, you can find the details related to the transaction. You can access information about any changes made to the transaction, such as the user who made the change and the date and time the change was made.

You can create a new transaction in Zoho Books based on this information.
