Bigin is a minimal CRM with features designed to help small businesses manage their customer relationships efficiently. But as your organization grows, so will your CRM requirements. If you feel you are outgrowing Bigin, you can upgrade your Bigin account to a Zoho CRM account, which offers additional features like custom modules, blueprints, forecasting, and many more that will help meet your growing requirements.
What entities will be migrated?
Users, Companies, Contacts, Team Pipelines, Sub-pipelines, Stages, Tasks, Events, Notes, Attachments, Associated products and Photos. Custom fields in Contacts, Companies, Pipelines and Products can be migrated.
Points to remember
- This migration will not cancel your Bigin subscription automatically. Also it will not delete any data from your Bigin account. Read how to cancel your Bigin subscription here.
- Any add-ons, including phone numbers purchased in Bigin will not be carried forward to Zoho CRM during this migration. You can buy them from Zoho CRM based on your requirement.
- If your Bigin account has more than 1 user then the additional users will be moved to the Inactive users tab in Zoho CRM. You can upgrade your Zoho CRM license after migration to activate the users.
- After this migration, the Team Pipelines in your Bigin account will be available as Layouts in the Deals module in your Zoho CRM account. Similarly sub-pipelines will be created as Pipelines in Zoho CRM. Layouts and pipelines will be created independently as per the limits of the Zoho CRM edition.
- If you have 5 Team Pipelines in Bigin and you are migrating to the Profession Edition in Zoho CRM, only 1 Team Pipeline will be migrated as Professional edition supports only 1 layout.
- If you have 6 sub-pipelines in Bigin and you are migrating to Zoho CRM's Standard Edition then only 5 sub-pipelines can be migrated as Standard Edition supports only 5 pipelines.
- If you have 25 custom fields in Bigin and you are migrating to Zoho CRM's Standard Edition then only 10 custom fields will be migrated as Standard Edition supports only 10 custom fields.
- If you have 30 Tags/module in Bigin and you are migrating to Zoho CRM's Standard Edition then only 20 Tags/module will be migrated as Standard Edition supports only 20 Tags/module.
- If you have Associated Products sub form in your Team Pipeline in Bigin and you are migrating to Zoho CRM's Standard Edition then the Associated Products sub form will not be migrated as Standard Edition does not support sub form.
